Welcome to Cirya News. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, audio and video streams, newsletters, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Cirya News Network ("Cirya", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully.

• Attempt to access portions of the Services not intended for you (including staff or admin areas);

• Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

5. Content & intellectual property

All editorial content, branding, logos, design, photography, audio, video, software, and underlying technology made available through the Services is owned by Cirya or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

Short quotations of our reporting (under 200 words) for the purposes of news commentary, education, or criticism are permitted with attribution and a link back to the original Cirya page.

6. User-submitted content

If you submit comments, applications, tips, photographs, or any other material to the Services ("User Content"), you grant Cirya a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that User Content in connection with the Services and our reporting.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit, and that the content does not infringe any third-party right or violate any law.

7. Third-party services

The Services may contain links to, or be enhanced by, third-party services (such as Google AdSense, Google Reader Revenue Manager, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, and analytics providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; Cirya is not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirya, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
